Super Galactogogues

Super Boober products are full of Galactogogues – super foods that are known to be natural breast milk production enhancers.  When eaten as part of a healthy diet, most mums will see a significant increase in their breast milk supply.

Super Boober uses 4 known galactogogues in our products – Oats, Flaxseed, Brewer’s Yeast and Sesame Seeds. The more Super Boober lactation treats you eat, the more galactogogues you are consuming and in turn, the greater breast milk boost you’ll receive.

You can eat several Super Boober treats a day, however we recommend 1 to 2 a day to build and maintain your supply.

Our key ingredients:

Brewer’s yeast is a highly nutritious dietary supplement that contains protein, iron, and B vitamins, as well as chromium, selenium, and other trace minerals.

It is used to boost milk supply for breastfeeding mothers, increase energy levels, and elevate mood.

Research also suggests that B vitamins and chromium can improve the symptoms of depression.

It can also lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and nourish skin and hair.

Flaxseed is a rich source of healthy fat, antioxidants, and fiber.

The seeds contain protein, lignans, and the essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, also known as ALA or omega-3.

Flaxseed health benefits include supporting cardiovascular health, boosting energy levels, reducing cancer risk, supporting arterial health, promoting blood health, increasing milk production, helping fight inflammation, and may help control diabetes, support bone density and thyroid function.

Sesame seeds include protein, iron, zinc, copper, vitamin E, thiamin, calcium, magnesium, and manganese, plus unique lignans, phytosterols, fiber, and other potentially beneficial compounds.

Sesame seeds contain antioxidant properties that benefit your health.

They promote healthy digestion, protect against radiation, boost metabolic function, help to manage diabetes, fight free radicals and increase breast milk production.

Oats are loaded with dietary fiber and have a range of healthy cholesterol-lowering properties.

They have been found to reduce the risk of coronary artery disease, lower levels of cholesterol, and reducing the risk of colorectal cancer.

Oats are also a great source of iron. Mothers with low iron levels often struggle with a low milk supply and the oats can help with this.

It has also been found to thicken hair, this is because of it’s high protein content.
